JVWEB was formed in the fall of 1997 with a vision: migrate our combined business expertise in the world of consulting to assist small to medium size companies who already have an online presence but who require expertise and capital (intellectual and financial) to continue on the road to success. As a public company, JVWEB provides unique resources and strategies to fulfill our vision and our plan.

Halfway down this path we realized what many venture capital firms have realized in the past year: we could take our own advice. So we have embarked on the path of developing sites of our own in niche markets that we feel we can dominate. This strategy has taught us two things: a) our own mistakes save our client's money and b) taking our own advice puts our money where our mouth is. Translation: we live E-business, we share it, you benefit because we've done it - and made it work.
